We are looking for a creative powerhouse who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is for a hands-on expert who can take full ownership of our social presence, from strategy to execution. You will be the driving force behind creating a buzz and building our community through best-in-class video content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a bold social media strategy focused on video for YouTube and Instagram.
- Own the entire video content lifecycle: conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content.
- Manage the content calendar and post natively to each platform to maximize reach.
- Analyze performance data to iterate and improve content strategy rapidly.
- Work autonomously with a high degree of ownership and a bias for action.

**Who You Are**:

- A proven content creator with a portfolio of high-engagement video work.
- An expert in shooting and editing video specifically for social media.
- Deeply understand the YouTube and Instagram platforms and what makes content successful on each.
- A self-starter who is resourceful, adaptable, and great at prioritizing in a startup environment.
- You don't wait for assignments; you see what needs to be done and you do it.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
