**Job Description: Content Creator**

We don’t have just designers, copywriters, product designers, illustrators, and 3D artists, we have “thinkers”. Your job will not be to get from point A to point B, it would be about how interesting you can make that journey. Work with a group of fun individuals who work hard, and play harder.

**What you'll do**:
1. We're looking for a dynamic and creative content creator to be the face of our brand If you love building engaging scripts, are comfortable in front of the camera, and can shoot high-quality videos on your own, this is your chance to shine.
2. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting with our audience and driving our brand message forward with authentic, innovative content
3. We’re in a rapidly growing industry, so innovation and creativity are what will be expected of you9 S From social media reels, YouTube videos, and promotional content, to live sessions— you’ll produce diverse content that engages and captivates our audience across multiple platforms
4. Work closely with the design, product and brand teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and aesthetics, while continuously brainstorming and pitching new content ideas Important - it’s a fast paced industry, so you’ll have to be on your feet, always.
5. Take your time to make the best design possible, but procrastination, ummmmm, give it a break.

**What you'll bring**:
1. At least 2 - 3 years of experience in content creation, especially scripting, video production and on-camera work. You’ll need to be comfortable with scripting, and shooting high-quality content on your own.
2. Good understanding of design trends and systems, and how it works to attract the audience. A strong understanding of social media trends, audience preferences, and content formats that drive engagement. Knowing how to capture attention and communicate the brand’s message effectively is key.
3. Always ask yourself, “What am I trying to say with this content?” We’re not just producing videos for the sake of it. Each piece of content should carry value, purpose, and resonate with the audience. Authenticity and creativity are the heart of what we do.
4. You’ll need a sense of ownership, as you’ll not only be the face of the brand but also mentor others on the team. Your growth will set an example for fellow creators
