**Roles & Responsibilities: -**
- Ultimate goal of Admin executive is to handling Administration Department.
- Managing all the files & registers related with respective department.
- Student Data management, Cash management, Day book, Vendor management etc.
- Preparing student file as per set standard & Record and handle all the incoming & Outgoing couriers/ letters.
- Keeping the track of the fees to be paid by the students joining the course and make sure collection is done on time.
- Handling of NSDC/ Various third party portals.
- Maintain register & Prepare vouchers.
- Taking care of all vendors’ related work & CRM entry of new admission.
- Maintain the stock of books, uniforms, and assets also maintain student's fees related work.
- Maintaining the record of the students joining the course.

- Freshers can also apply

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to Relocate:

- Bathinda, Punjab 151001: Relocate before starting work (required)
