We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to join our team. The Billing Executive will be

responsible for preparing invoices for freight/logistics jobs, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and validating

systems to maintain accuracy and timely processing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Invoice Preparation:
Prepare and generate invoices for service jobs using the company’s in-house invoicing system. Ensure all

information is accurate and complete before finalizing.
- Document Validation:
Review and validate supporting documents related to invoices, including verifying details such as

consignee name, customer name, VAT number, and other relevant information to ensure compliance and

accuracy.

**- Data Accuracy**:
Ensure that all entries and transactions are correct, and discrepancies are addressed promptly. Double
- check details to avoid errors in billing.
- Customer Communication:
Communicate with customers, as needed, to clarify billing-related queries or discrepancies. Provide timely

responses to inquiries regarding invoices.
- Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with the operation team to gather necessary information and resolve any issues related to

invoicing and documentation.
- Record Maintenance:
Maintain and update billing records, ensuring that all documentation is properly filed and easily accessible

for future reference and audits.
- Reporting:
Assist in generating reports related to billing and payments as required by management or other

departments.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree. Fresher is welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Responsible, organized, and mature person who is service-minded and results oriented.
- Must gracefully work under pressure and understand the deadline.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
