**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Researching and identifying tender opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather required information and documentation for tender submissions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements and specifications.
- Managing the tender submission process, including preparing and submitting documents within specified deadlines.
- Following up on submitted tenders and addressing any queries or clarifications from tendering authorities.
- Maintaining accurate records of all tender documents, submissions, and outcomes.
- Supporting the development of tendering strategies and best practices to improve the company's success rate.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the tendering process and documentation requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the [Insert Industry, if applicable] sector.
- Familiarity with tendering platforms and online submission systems.
- Knowledge of contract management principles.
- Certification in tender management or related field is a plus.
