**Post** - Back Office Coordinator

**Location**- Kandivali, Mumbai (Onsite)

**Remuneration**- up to 4 LPA

**Job Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Revert on client enquiries and preparing quotations
- Verify purchase orders received from the client with a proposed quotation
- Co-ordinate with the accounts team for raising invoices and with the store's team to dispatch material on time
- Track dispatch order until received by the client
- Gather data from different sources like invoices, PO, and systems and maintain an Excel sheet on all the expenses and costs incurred in the preparation of the goods to be sold

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Bachelor’s in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of experience as sales co-ordinator
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel
- Understand the importance of work and organize it accordingly
- Must be multi-tasker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
