**Role description**:

**Shift Timing**: 2 PM - 11 PM IST

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a seasoned **Oracle Fusion Cloud Architect** with deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically across **Finance modules**. This strategic role requires designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions in a **global delivery environment**. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams to architect solutions that align with enterprise needs and digital transformation goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architect, design, and implement** end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions with a primary focus on Finance modules:

- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Cash Management
- Tax & Localization (India GST and global compliance)
- Lead **global Oracle Cloud ERP rollouts** and multi-region deployments, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
- Design **integration architectures** for **cloud-to-cloud** and **on-premise-to-cloud** systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
- Define and oversee **custom extensions, workflows, and personalization strategies**, ensuring upgradability and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into technical designs, and guide delivery teams in multiple time zones.
- Provide **technical leadership**, governance, and best practice enforcement across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, including sandbox management, release planning, and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with **financial, security, and regulatory frameworks**, including SOX, GDPR, and country-specific statutory requirements.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **10-12 years of total experience**, with at least **7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.**
- Strong domain knowledge in **financial processes and enterprise structures**, enabling optimal system design and configuration.
- Proven expertise in **Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules**, including localization and tax compliance strategies across multiple geographies.
- Experience with **Oracle Cloud global implementations**, **multi-currency** environments, and **enterprise-level change management**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven success in **client-facing roles** and **stakeholder engagement**.
- Ability to **lead cross-functional teams**, mentor junior architects or consultants, and drive delivery excellence across onshore/offshore teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Oracle Cloud Certifications (ERP/Finance Cloud Architect or Consultant)
- Experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, or Retail industries
- Exposure to Oracle PaaS offerings for reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD for Oracle Cloud environments
