In this role, you will be a key member of the Customer Platform Team within the IT department, driving global Sales & Marketing automation capabilities via our CRM Systems. You will lead the discovery, design, and implementation of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Recommend architectural patterns to meet IT & business needs around availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Define technical scope and drive development of Salesforce solutions across multiple initiatives.
  • Develop standards, guidelines, and frameworks; mentor project teams on Salesforce best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and performance benchmarks are maintained.
  • Monitor and ensure Salesforce platform performance, reliability, and stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends and contribute to the evolution of platform capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal design, deployment, and support methodologies.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively across all levels of the organization.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows
  • Salesforce Configuration & Security: Sharing models, profiles, roles, permissions
  • Sales Cloud & Marketing Automation Experience
  • Salesforce Integration: REST, Bulk, Streaming APIs, Platform Events
  • CI/CD Tools: Copado, GIT, branching strategies
  • ERP Integrations: Designing secure and scalable integrations
  • Performance Tuning: Salesforce platform performance management
  • Agile Environment Experience (Scaled Agile preferred)
