- Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding job status, on-boarding process; documents validation and verification, benefits, company policies, off-boarding process and exit formalities.
- Performing Onboarding Steps; Administration of Background Checks, Drug Tests, Document Collection & Validation (electronic), Coordination with different stakeholders for the onboarding processes.
- Performing I9 processes i.e., E-Verify, Form Completion and Maintenance
- Coordinating with internal departments regarding internal issues i.e., payroll, timesheet, sales, Onboarding to resolve employee related queries and grievances.
- Assisting employees on their queries regarding Insurance (ACA), 401K (Retirement Benefits) and other Benefits i.e., Leave Requirements, FMLA etc.
- Handling employment verification calls, unemployment insurance calls (both from agencies and employees), preparing employment verification letters, experience letters, and other letters related to employment with Vertisystem, INC. while working in United States on various contractual positions.
- Utilizing MS Excel, Adobe, Outlook (mailbox) as a day-to-day activity for HR administrative purposes.
- Supporting the HR Manager & internal operations team including preparation of documents, and follow-up on timelines and deliverables.
- Reviewing Client and Vendor contracts.
- Responsible for filing and documentation processes.
- Keeping track record of contracts for the organization.
- Coordinating with internal teams for contracts management

**Salary**: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
