**Job Title**: Software Sales Telecaller

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our software solutions.
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate software products and services.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.

**What We Offer**:
**Salary**: First year
- first Six months training along with work (15000 per Month or 1.8 lakhs) + Variable

First year - Second six month after training (20000 per Month or 2.4 lakhs + Variable

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
