**Job Summary**:
**Purpose of the role -**

1. Understanding the Service solutions

2. Processing of Orders till Fulfilment and Data flow (End to end) & Monitoring of Process

3. Evaluate the Service partner’s performance and act periodically (At predefined time intervals)

4. SLA Monitoring & Regular Governance

**Roles & Responsibilities/ Job description -**

1. **Understanding the Service solutions-**
- Assist in any PoC to be done for new services developed
- In case of any field concerns, coordinate with the back end team for any quick fixes so that the SLA’s are not breached
- Periodically be in touch with the customers and back-end team to act as a bridge in order to exceed customer expectations

2. **Processing of Orders till Fulfilment and Data flow (End to end)**& Monitoring of All Process**-**
- Once the order flows in, ensure and confirm that the dispatch happens to the correct place, Intimation has been given to the Service partner for fitment & once the fitment happens, to confirm on the data flow to the intended server based on the configuration
- Publish the Daily tracker in time to understand the status of Open cases
- Drive the Installation & Support processes as per the set SLAs through the Service Partners

3. **Evaluate the Service partner’s performance and act periodically (At predefined time intervals) -**
- Based on the framework assist to evaluate all the Service partners involved in both Installations and Support. Ensure actions on the observations to have a closed loop system
- Periodically ensure that the Service partners / stakeholders are trained on the services and products pertaining to their jobs carried out on the ground

4. SLA Monitoring & Regular Governance **-**
- Assist in developing a detailed MIS covering all the KPI’s and KRA’s of Service Support Readiness based on the activities involved and ensure everyone involved understands and follows it. Ensure release of the MIS periodically as decided
- Ensure that the pre-decided SLAs are met for the Services rendered
- Prepare & release MIS to Conduct and participate in Governance - Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reviews

**Educational Qualification & Experience -**

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or Automobile is preferred.

2. 3-4 of experience in Telematics and Technology solutions for Automobiles and/or related field

3. Experience in Automotive Industry is preferred especially Commercial Vehicles

**Skill levels -**

1. Good knowledge of Service

2. Customer / Vendor Handling - Networking and Relationship Building Skills

3. Must be fluent in English & Hindi. Knowing multiple languages is preferable

4. Confident with good verbal and written skills

5. Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

6. Sound knowledge of MS Office for reporting

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
