**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated Backend Support Executive to provide exceptional support for our project. This role involves responding to client queries through Microsoft Teams and Outlook. The position does not require client-facing interactions or technical software experience but demands prompt and professional communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to client queries via Teams and Outlook within 5 minutes during working hours.
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns effectively.
- Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately.
- Perform Testing and ensure quality assurance
- Exhibit strong written English communication skills for professional interactions
- Demonstrate dedication and commitment to delivering high-quality work

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **2-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.**:

- Knowledge of SQL is a plus (training can be provided).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly dedicated and responsible towards work.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams and Outlook (training can be provided).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹252,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
