If you have made it this far and have what it takes to build a world-class product, hit us up" **Job Overview** **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Monitor live video feeds and recorded footage from surveillance cameras remotely. - Conduct regular and systematic observations to detect any suspicious activities or security breaches. - Analyze and interpret video footage to identify potential threats, incidents, or irregularities. - Follow established protocols and procedures to assess and respond appropriately to security incidents. - Collaborate with onsite security personnel or law enforcement agencies when necessary. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of surveillance activities, incidents, and observations. - Generate reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommended actions - Monitor and respond to alarm systems, ensuring appropriate actions are taken. - Stay updated on security trends, technology advancements, and best practices in remote surveillance - Adhere to ethical and legal standards of privacy and confidentiality **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Surveillance Officer or in a related role - Strong technical proficiency in operating and managing remote surveillance systems and software - Excellent knowledge of surveillance techniques, tools, and procedures. - Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures. - Ability to analyze and interpret surveillance footage effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Excellent surveillance and observation skills - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Should have access to fiber internet or should be willing to get one if hired. - Must have Laptop/ Computer - Power backup at home would be a great advantage **Experience and Qualifications**: - Experience - 01 to 02 years ( More Experience Preferably ) - Certification in surveillance operations or related fields - Experience working with advanced surveillance technologies, such as video analytics or facial recognition systems. - Background in law enforcement, military, or private security preferred. **Work Timings**: - Rotational shift (US Timings) **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent **Benefits**: - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund - Work from home Schedule: - Rotational shift Application Question(s): - Are you in Goa? **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (required) - Surveillance: 1 year (preferred)
