**Job description**

1) Need to review entire product list of Generic Aadhaar and ensure that GA should have 2 months stock in advance in our warehouse

2) Inventory management

3) Dealing and negotiating with manufacturers

4) Source new product range for Generic Aadhaar

5) Signing contract with Manufacturer after checking from GA Lawyer

6) To make product design of boxes shipper and get it done from Artist and implement the same

7) Follow strict norms and get it sign on quality, payment, delivery, insurance, return stock with manufacturers

8) Check all who GMP compliance and their manufacturing site approvals for our records and maintain the same

9) Releasing orders to different manufacturers or companies and release to our warehouse and further to our Master Franchises

10) Check point and control on prices from 15% add from Generic Aadhaar to Master Franchise and 10% Master Franchise to Single Franchise and 40% from Single franchise to End Customer

11) Making invoices by adding 15% of GA profit to Master Franchise and ensure to take advance payment from Master Franchise and on receipt of advance 100% payment then only release order to warehouse for delivery of products to MF

12) Within receipt of order from MF to GA - need to ensure to make invoice and send to MF again for payment within 4 hours

13) Ensure to check on manufacturing date and expiry date for stocks before taking from manufacturer and their invoice that expiry should be minimum 24 months. If it is lesser ensure to take Aarti Deshpande Madam approval

14) Ensure to take minimum 45 - 60 days credit from manufacturers

15) No return stocks will be taken from Single franchise or Master franchise - ensure on the same (already mentioned in our agreement)

16) Ensure to take insurance on our goods we dispatch to MF

17) Ensure that Manufacturers will send goods to our warehouse - with paid transport (Generic Aadhaar
- will not bear the cost of transport)

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medicine purchase in pharma company: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Pharma License (required)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
