**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet Management**: Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of our vehicle fleet.
- **Reservations and Dispatch**: Manage the reservation process and coordinate vehicle dispatch for timely and efficient service delivery.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct routine inspections to guarantee that vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries and concerns with a customer-first approach.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and customer interactions.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay informed about local regulations and ensure compliance with all licensing and safety requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in the car rental industry or a related field.
- **Expertise**: Comprehensive understanding of vehicle operations, maintenance, and customer service excellence.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
