**We Are Hiring: Fleet Executive**

**Location**: Delhi NCR

**Experience**: 1-3 years in fleet management, logistics, or similar roles

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Work Schedule**: 6 days a week, 7 AM - 7 PM

**About ScrapUncle**

ScrapUncle is a growing platform that helps users schedule doorstep pickups for recyclables such as paper, metals, plastics, and e-waste. We aim to provide an easy and reliable way to recycle junk items while ensuring smooth logistics and operations. With over 50,000 successful pickups and counting, we are looking for a **Fleet Executive** to join our team and ensure seamless operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Optimize Route Dispatch**:

- Plan and optimize daily routes for pickers to ensure efficient and timely pickups.
- Minimize travel time and fuel costs while maximizing the number of pickups.

**2. Ensure Smooth Pickup Operations**:

- Oversee the entire pickup process, from scheduling to execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Address any operational challenges that arise and find quick solutions.

**3. Achieve Daily Pickup Targets**:

- Work with the team to meet or exceed daily pickup targets.
- Track progress and ensure that pickups are completed as planned.

**4. Supervise On-Ground Team**:

- Lead and supervise the on-ground pickers and fleet team to ensure they follow the planned routes and complete their pickups on time.
- Monitor their performance and provide guidance as needed.
- Regularly check that pickers are wearing the correct uniform and maintaining a neat appearance, as per company standards.

**5. Bridge Between Customer Support and On-Ground Staff**:

- Act as a communication link between the customer support team and the on-ground staff to address customer concerns and issues.
- Ensure that customer feedback is passed to the pickers and issues are resolved quickly.

**6. Communicate with Pickers**:

- Regularly communicate with pickers to ensure they are well informed about their tasks and resolve any concerns they have.
- Provide support and training to the pickers to ensure they perform efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and optimize routes.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both on-ground staff and internal teams.
- Ability to handle operational challenges and find quick solutions.
- Must be willing to work on the field and travel within Delhi NCR.
