Hospital Maintenance In- Charge

The Hospital Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the hospital’s infrastructure, equipment, and facilities are maintained in excellent working condition. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, biomedical systems, and general upkeep to support safe, hygienic, and uninterrupted hospital operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of hospital facilities, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Address maintenance requests from departments in a timely manner.
- Ensure all hospital equipment (non-medical) is functioning properly and safely.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and replacements.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Assist in emergency response related to facility issues (e.g., power failures, water leaks).
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and NABH guidelines.
- Support in renovation or expansion projects by providing technical inputs.
- Maintain stock and inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Supervise housekeeping, waste management, and sanitation services as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
