**What We Want You To Do**

You will be joining an organization at an exciting time of accelerated growth where you will be pivotal in developing and supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation environment.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers receive the right orders on time.

You’ll be responsible for analyzing, planning and forecasting production, sales and fulfillment data and monitoring and raising potential red flags.

Your performance will be measured against these Objective Key Results (OKRs):

- Takeover and manage ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Close communication and collaboration with other departments: Production, Sales, Customer Service and HR.
- Oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company
- Close communication and collaboration with up to 5 fulfillment companies
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Analyzing, planning and forecasting production, sales and fulfillment data and monitoring and raising potential red flags.
- Auditing data and orders for sales, production and fulfillment
- Updating and maintaining consignment planer
- Close communication with Customer Service department for order management
- You will be responsible for systemising all repeatable tasks in clear SOPs

**You’re Perfect If You Have/Are**
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Over 2 years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain management, logistics or work force management
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Excellent organisation skills
- Well-versed in supply management principles and practices
- Great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach
- Experience in data analysis, planning and forecasting
- Accounting experience, planning and budgeting.
- Analytical thinking
- Data trend analysis experience
- Strong familiarity with Google Drive suite of products especially Google Sheets/Excel (Sheets, Slides, Docs etc)
- Digitally savvy (able to learn new apps and use them effectively) and have a good understanding of technical aspects
- Team player, able to take on feedback and implement it quickly to achieve greater results
- Proficiency with other e-Commerce apps (Slack, Hubstaff, Clickup, WooCommerce, etc.)
- A desire for ongoing training to strengthen and learn new skills
- Good at following set structures to create SOPs for all repeatable tasks

**Working/Company Time Zone: UTC+2 or UTC+3 (summer time), 9am - 6pm (Remote) with 1h lunch break**
