**Internship Duration: Minimum 3 to 6 Months**
**Stipend: Based on project exposure and Interview Performance**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Civil Architect Intern** to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates from an architecture background who are eager to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, civil project planning, and site coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Support senior architects and civil engineers in project documentation, presentations, and conceptual design work.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and assist in preparing reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project planning tasks.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and construction technologies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch)**.
- Strong interest in civil and architectural integration in real-world construction projects.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.
- Good understanding of architectural principles, design detailing, and construction basics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
