**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
- Manage and monitoring cloud resources.
- Configuring and supporting cloud VM systems.
- Managing requests for cloud services modifications.
- Manage and maintain web sites and domains.
- Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
- Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
- Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users.
- Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Servers, Windows, AWS, and Azure.
- Manage and maintain intercom and telephones.
- Manage and maintain DVR and cameras.

**Education and Work Experience**:

- Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in similar role
- Knowledge in Cloud Service is Mandatory

**Salary**: ₹30000

Location: Cochin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
