**JD - Field Support Executive**

Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory, accounting, Reports, online orders and many more. Hence, the major part is customer support. So we are looking for the field support executive for support team who has a major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and company.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Visit client locations to assist with software installations and troubleshooting.
- Provide timely follow-ups to ensure all customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
- Travel to client sites for software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
- Efficient in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines.
- Able to handle on-site visits and remote support within specified time frames.
- Ensure that all client systems are running efficiently.
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with clients’ concerns and queries.

**Education**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.

**Shift Type**:

- Rotational Shift

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Technical support or Software Customer Service roles.
