**Role Purpose**

Wipro Ltd. is looking for a **Associate (Customer Service)**role for our Insurance Business into a **International Blended Campaign.**

**1.Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing and resolving client's problems, and recommending system improvements**
**2.Maintain productivity targets**
**4.Timely completion of the task,ongoing quality service delivery of the task assigned.**
**5.Complying to all Data Security and Code of Conduct standards**
**6.Carrying out data entry and rule based entry for processes and performing simple process calculations**
**7. Make outbound calls to client/ stakeholders with the defined call tree**
**8. Maintain the defined Voice Quality and standards**
