**POSITION : Rebar Detailer**

DEPARTMENT: Design & Build
REPORTS TO General Manager

**Job Brief**:
Rebar detailer are to create reinforcement shop drawings using CADS RC or another computer-aided
design program to describe the specifications for rebar or other steel construction materials in a project.
As a rebar detailer, you develop shop drawings, which indicate what types of rebar or structural
reinforcements are necessary for a project, whether it is a building construction project or sets of
prefabricated components. The drawings include detailed rebar shapes and explanations of how the
builders plan to use rebar.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce rebar drawings that conform to industry and company standards for various structures
- Produce accurate and detailed lists of materials for shop fabrication
- Assist with the research of detailing, fabrication and field problems.
- Coordinate with site team and scheduling personnel to schedule material deliveries and placement.
- Coordinate and account for any changes in scope of work
- Maintain accurate records, a desirable work area, and a high level of customer service

**Requirements**:

- Need a diploma or degree qualification in civil engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years of
experience in consultancy firms.
- Hands on experience in CADS RC and AutoCAD softwares.
- Well versed with British and Euro detailing codes.
- Sound Knowledge on detailing of RCC elements.
- Good communication, inter-personal and technical skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and Familiarity with computers and software programmes
- The ability to analysis complex problems and assess solutions
- The ability to understand site requirements, explain design plans, ideas and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
