Aware of Specification requirements, Standard details, BS Codes & Shape codes.
- Monetize the process of design abortive works claims due to IFC changes.
- Understand IFC/ GA/ MEP/ Structural Steel & support detailing team
- Review Tender & IFC information model issued by consultants (2D drawings, BIM models & asset data)
- Ability to integrate competing and/or conflicting elements into the planning and execution processes so that project requirements flow smoothly.
- Lead and supervise the teams responsible for achieve the daily tasks.
- Prepare and raise RFIs. Ensure the response clarity on the queries raised.
- To be responsible for ensuring the detailer/draughtsman have the correct information for updating the Rebar shop drawings. Ensure document submittals are completed in a timely manner
- Delegating and Reviewing Detailing team assignments.
- Ensure quality of information received from other parties.
- Ensure drawing production as per plan and distribution to all relevant parties.
- Host & coordinate technical meetings / design workshops.
- Coordinate project activities with detailing team and monitors the performance and report to PM.

**Required Skills & Experience**

1. Good technical understanding of structures.

2. Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD/ BBS/ Rebar detailing software, BS 8666 & MS Office

3. Hands on experience on rebar detailing+ BBS (ACI & British code).

4. Hands on experience on GULF projects

5. Excellent written, visualization and spoken English.

6. Ability to review in Revit/ Revizto/ Navisworks.

7. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
