Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D. or equivalent in relevant area, with at least 3 years of industrial/research/academic experience; and ability to interact with a diverse student body. However, in the case of fellow from IIM/NITIE or PhD from any reputed university/institute, requirement of 3 years of experience may be waived.

Alternatively, a professional/practitioner in his/her own field with established reputation with a minimum of 10 years of experience who has made significant contribution to knowledge/profession but may not be having a Ph.D. degree may be considered for the position of Associate Professor

Role and Responsibities
- Developing curricula, designing course handouts, and delivering the same in respect of courses in relevant areas.
- Evaluating students in alignment with Blooms Taxonomy, mapping PO-CO attainment levels and taking remedial action,
- Conducting research, publishing research papers in scholarly or practitioners’ journals of repute/ newspaper or magazine articles/ white papers/industry reports
- Attending conferences, delivering paper presentations, and networking with other experts in the field.
- Attending Faculty Development Programs organized by reputed business schools/professional associations.
- Participating in committees, departmental, and faculty meetings.
- Mentoring students
- Reviewing pedagogical tools, developing text materials, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Assisting with student acquisition, interviews, and academic counseling sessions.
- Overall compliance to collegiality.

Any other responsibility given by the Head of Academics/in consultation with the Director General/ Executive Director

**Compensation**:Compensation will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Master's (preferred)
