**We are Hiring Process Co-Ordinator (Accounts)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage accounting workflows in the Flow Management System (FMS).
- Ensure smooth movement of documents (such as invoices, approvals, and vouchers) through defined process stages.
- Follow up with departments like Purchase, Projects, Admin, and HR for timely submission and clearance of accounting-related documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for invoice submissions, clarifications, and payment updates.
- Track and report the status of bills, approvals, and payments; flag delays or bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Prepare and update daily/weekly MIS reports related to workflow status.
- Assist in identifying and resolving process delays or documentation gaps.
- Support the Accounts team in maintaining process discipline and documentation hygiene.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a coordination or process support role, preferably in Accounts or Admin.
- Proficiency in using digital workflow tools or Flow Management Systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong follow-up, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive.

**How to Apply?**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
