The intent of role is to ensure Corporate Accounting including Quarterly Limited Review as per Listing agreement, Dealing with Stat Auditor, IND-AS compliance, Leading Limited Review ( LR as per LODR), Statutory Audit, Setting and implementation of new controls etc.

I. Core 12-15 Years post qualification in a Listed Company at HO performing similar role with minimum turnover of Rs 500 to 1000 Cr leading team of 3 to 5 CA and about 20 Accounts Team members. and functions

(i) Accounts Closure

Monthly issuance of MCCL

Monthly closure of the Accounts

Quarterly and Annual closure of the Accounts

Finalising depreciation and amortisation based upon Fixed Assets Register

Keeping Hygiene of the Accounts

Co-ordinating Physical verification of Inventory

Ind -AS review

Income tax / Deferred tax provisions

Finalisation of Accounts and schedules of all Group company accounts except SGAPL

Preparation of Financials as per statute

(ii) Inventory valuation and Gross Margin computation

Gross Margin reporting Metal wise

Inventory Valuation Metal wise and verification at periodic interval

(iii) Statutory Audit and Limited Review

Leading the Statutory audit and Limited Review to ensure compliance

(iv) Others

Release of exception and un-budgeted payments based upon the authority

Annual Report preparation

II. Systems & Process and Others

SOP preparation on Inventory valuation etc.

Implementation for accounting control and automation on Hedge Accounting etc.

To make continuous improvements in process, automate & enhance speed.

Implementation of ERP based controls, validation rules & management reporting.

Automation of Accounting Process and reports like Inventory report etc.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year

- Chartered Accountant in listed Companies: 10 years (required)
