**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:
***- Work closely with leadership and other stakeholders throughout the company in devising strategy for pioneering and implementing advanced analytics methods to identify and solve business problems
- Mine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Work end to end on data science projects from analytical design to implementation
- Manage engagements across various teams throughout solution development lifecycle from design to implementation & monitoring
- Deliver data science solutions leveraging latest machine learning techniques, including exploratory data analysis, feature engineering and selection, model selection, evaluation and cross validation, deployment
- Lead development of data science algorithms & generate actionable insights as per business needs
- Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Communicate results as well as their uncertainty and limitations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead solution design, delivery & communication for an assigned business engagement
- Lead development of data science algorithms & generate actionable insights as per business needs
- Acquire understanding of US Healthcare domain

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of working experience & in-depth understanding of statistical techniques (like linear regression, logistic regression, time series analysis, clustering, outlier detection) & tree-based machine learning techniques
- Experience on US Healthcare Domain would be preferred
- Strong experience in SQL, Python & Bigdata
- Strong hands-on experience of solving real world business problems leveraging data science tools
- Experience of engaging business clients and stake holders
- Excellent Communication Skills - it is incredibly important to describe findings to a technical and non-technical audience.
- Excellent problem-solving & story-telling abilities with analytical mindset
- Proficient in MS Office tools as Excel/PowerPoint/Access
