**Job Title: Data Scientist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct data analysis and develop predictive models to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning algorithms and deep learning models to solve business challenges.
- Utilize natural language processing techniques to extract meaningful information from unstructured data sources such as text documents and healthcare records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows using tools such as Databricks and pySpark.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's ) preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in a data science or machine learning role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Keras, sPacy, SQL, Regex, Huggingface Transformer Models, and Large language models(LLM).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical techniques.
- Experience working with big data platforms and distributed computing frameworks, particularly Databricks and pySpark.
- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools for text analysis and sentiment analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
