**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate ideas.
- Design and produce high-quality visuals for print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and packaging.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Create and edit images, graphics, and illustrations using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Prepare final design files for production, ensuring proper formats, resolution, and specifications.
- Work closely with printers, developers, and other external vendors as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Knowledge of digital design tools and platforms, including Figma or Sketch, is a plus.
- Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Photography or illustration skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
