**Job Description: Video Editor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Video Production and Editing
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance video content.
- Trim footage segments, sequence them logically, and adjust for pacing, mood, and visual aesthetics.
- Storytelling and Concept Development
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and develop storyboards or editing outlines.
- Translate brand messaging into compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Provide creative input to enhance storytelling, visuals, and audience engagement.
- Color Grading and Sound Editing
- Ensure audio and visuals are seamlessly integrated and aligned with project objectives.
- Edit and refine voiceovers, background music, and sound effects for a cohesive auditory experience.
- Content Adaptation and Optimization
- Adapt videos to different formats, aspect ratios, and lengths to suit various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Ensure all video content aligns with platform best practices, including mobile-first optimization.
- Continuously update content to keep it fresh, engaging, and relevant to target audiences.
- Quality Control and Finalization
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure final videos are error-free and meet the highest quality standards.
- Export videos in required formats and resolutions for web, social media, and other distribution channels.
- Archive all video projects and assets for easy retrieval and reference.
- Collaborative Development
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers to ensure brand consistency across all media.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas and improve current processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and techniques in video production.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio demonstrating strong technical and creative skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
- Familiarity with color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression standards.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in graphic design or animation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of photography and lighting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,205.03 - ₹15,002.59 per month
