**Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and skilled **Video Editor** to join our team at our Hadapsar studio. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality videos for digital platforms, social media, and client campaigns. You must have strong hands-on experience with **Adobe After Effects**, **Premiere Pro**, and **CapCut**, and a solid understanding of storytelling, motion graphics, and sound editing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content.
- Create motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects.
- Trim footage and add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
- Optimize videos for different formats: social media (Reels, Shorts), ads, corporate, etc.
- Work closely with creative team, scriptwriters, and content strategists.
- Ensure all edits align with the brand’s visual and content guidelines.
- Manage multiple video projects and deliver on deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, video editing styles, and platform specs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio/reel required).
- Advanced proficiency in:

- **Adobe Premiere Pro**:

- **Adobe After Effects**:

- **CapCut (Pro version or desktop)**:

- Good sense of timing, visual storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
- Basic color correction and sound editing skills.
- Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, codecs, and exports for web and social platforms.
- Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)**
- Experience in motion graphics design or typography.
- Understanding of social media content trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Experience with animation tools or AI-based editing platforms.

**Work Environment**
- **Location**: Onsite at our Hadapsar office.
- **Timings**: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
- Fast-paced, collaborative, and creative working environment.
