We’re looking for a skilled **Paid Marketing Executive** to manage and scale Google Ads and Social Media advertising campaigns, while also effectively handling client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across **Google Ads**, **Meta (Facebook & Instagram)**, **LinkedIn**, and other social platforms.
- Develop strategic ad plans based on client goals, target audience, and budget.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage full-funnel campaign strategies (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Remarketing).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable insights and ROI reports.
- Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the point of contact for all campaign-related communication.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and paid media trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of hands-on experience** in running Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns.
- Proven experience in **client communication and campaign reporting.**:

- Strong knowledge of tools such as **Google Ads Manager**, **Meta Business Suite**, **Google Analytics**, **Google Tag Manager**, and other marketing platforms.
- Experience in **budget management**, A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns for performance.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
