**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across **Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn**, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign reach and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance daily to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently while meeting performance KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track performance and present results to stakeholders.
- Run **retargeting and remarketing campaigns** to nurture leads and boost engagement.
- A/B test ad copy, creatives, and targeting strategies to identify top-performing combinations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, especially for **B2B and IT products**.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years of experience in running paid ad campaigns, preferably for **IT products, SaaS, or tech-based services**.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)** and **LinkedIn Ads** (especially for B2B targeting).
- Familiarity with **Meta Ads Manager**, **Google Analytics**, **Google Tag Manager**, and **Hotjar/Crazy Egg** is a plus.
- Proficient in campaign performance analysis and reporting using **Google Data Studio, Excel**, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of **conversion funnels, CRM integration**, and lead qualification metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
