Job description

By receiving, presenting, negotiating and converting lead meetings, the Event Sales Manager occupies a key senior role in the company. This role will leverage on passion for sales and customer experience to achieve the company’s goals and vision. This position enables the Event Sales Manager to be in a leadership role and help shape the future of our high end banqueting spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand local market trends and generate new business leads
- Implement approaches aligned with the overall strategy to ensure the halls stay ahead and

innovative in the market
- Develop a dynamic pricing strategy based on a data driven analysis of the market
- Maximise all Revenue opportunities and ensure to achieve the revenue targets
- Manage the sales team to ensure the completion of task and alignment with goals and

strategy
- Ensure the Sales Team Members are trained effectively and perform within a culture of high

quality standards and pro-active initiatives and selling
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships
- Negotiate rates/packages with clients
- Organise visits, answer customer queries and send proposals in a timely and suitable manner
- Communicate thoroughly within the team and across departments
- Report on a weekly basis appointments, follow-ups made, and list of business leads

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in the field of Sales in any relevant industry
- Impeccable presentation and grooming at all times
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and high resourcefulness
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure
- Good organisational skills and multitasking ability
- Fluency in English and Tamil is required (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the wedding industry is a plus

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
