**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for websites and digital campaigns.
- Perform thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend evaluation.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for targeted keywords and SEO best practices.
- Manage technical SEO tasks including site audits, crawl error fixes, structured data implementation, and mobile optimization.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies through link building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO alignment across all digital assets.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
- **3-5 years of proven experience** as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with website analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and keyword strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (especially WordPress).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
- Basic understanding of PPC campaigns and integration with SEO strategy.
- Familiarity with schema markup, technical audits, and performance optimization tools like GTmetrix and PageSpeed Insights.
- Experience in e-commerce SEO or multi-language websites is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
