We are urgently looking for "**Production Supervisor**" for one of the leading **Primary/ Flexible Packaging** Manufacturing Industry.

**Location** **-** Greater Noida

**Experience -** 4-10 Years

**Job Responsibility -**
- Lead and supervise a team of production employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure that employees adhere to safety guidelines, company policies, and production procedures.
- Plan and organize production schedules and ensure that production targets are met.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with product specifications.
- Resolve production-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and address defects or deviations from standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, raw materials, and finished products.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
