_**Responsibilites**:_
- Undertake a market analysis to include details on the market characteristics (market size and growth, market share development, and number of competitors, market trends, and market attractiveness); competitor characteristics (product characteristics, competitor marketing strategies, sales force activities,pricing analysis); prescriber characteristics.
- Liaise with advertising companies to prepare detail aids, leaflets, posters and other materials(print and electronic). Ensure the placement of ads in relevant newspapers and the distribution of materials to students within specified timeframes.
- Organize seminars of invited speakers - organize venue and catering, speakers, and invitations.
- To follow HO guidelines on reporting, batch launches, kit requisition, Data crunching, enrollment process etc
- Execution of the Enrollment process including id card, kit issue, maintenance of records, fees collection, etc
- To guide prospective customers towards their goal in an ethical and profitable manner by selling the services and products provided by the company and convert enquiries into enrolment. Work in co-operation with other teams to deliver the quality and variety of services as promised during enquiry or enrolment.
- Manage an effective, efficient and productive Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed.
- Provide significant input into the annual marketing plan, specifically: sales forecasts for each product (taking into consideration past history, market trends, competitive activity and required sales effort), allocation of expenses between products (taking into consideration stage in product life cycle, potential for future growth and profit contribution, potential competitors), required sales promotion program (taking into consideration marketing strengths relative to competitors, selling opportunities and customers needs and attitudes) and the marketing materials needed to accomplish the goals.
- Develop Student Management analyses of areas of relevance, and strategic assessments of the company’s products in the market i.e. Data-crunching
- Form informal networks with university senior management, updating them on a regular basis on developments within Marketing, and working with them on cross-functional projects.
- Financial management of the marketing program including budget planning, resource allocation and preparation of quarterly reports.
- Result oriented approach to the Annual Marketing plan
**KEY RESULT AREAS**
- Handle walk ins with élan and ease and have high conversion rate.
- Timely Follow up of allenquiries and getting students enrolled for our various products.
- Work and strategize on enquiry generation by using various ATL & BTL tools (i.e. Seminars, distributions, callings etc.)
- Ensuring perfect coordination with HO related to, batch launches, kit requisition, Data Crunching etc
- Working towards meeting the revenue and number targets.
- Effectiveness of fieldactivities
- Coordinating with HO for various Marketing related activities.
- Collaborating with the internal teams like Operations and Academics to deliver the quality and variety of products as promised during the marketing stage.
- Perfect Execution of the Enrollment process including id card, kit issue, maintenance of records, fees collection etc
- Creating a rapport with our students and Liaise with them for sales
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
