**Sydlertech is hiring SAP PS Consultant**
**Location**: Pune (Onsite)
**Experience**: 4-8 Years
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
The role demands a deep understanding of the project lifecycle—from creation to settlement—and strong integration knowledge across modules like MM, FICO, and SD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Configuration**:
Configure and implement SAP PS solutions, including WBS elements, networks, milestones, and scheduling structures tailored to business needs.
- **Project Lifecycle Management**:
Handle project planning, budgeting, cost tracking, and material requirement planning within SAP PS.
- **Integration**:
Ensure smooth integration between SAP PS and other modules such as MM, FICO, SD, and third-party tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- **Implementation**:
Participate in full-cycle SAP PS implementations — from requirements gathering and design workshops to deployment and go-live.
- **Support & User Training**:
Provide post-implementation support, resolve end-user issues, and deliver training sessions on SAP PS functionality.
- **Issue Resolution**:
Troubleshoot project-related issues efficiently and recommend effective solutions.
- **Documentation**:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, project flows, and user guides.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:
4-5 years of experience in SAP PS, with a strong record of full lifecycle implementations and support.
- **SAP PS Knowledge**:
In-depth understanding of SAP PS functionalities, including WBS, networks, cost planning, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- **Integration Skills**:
Hands-on experience with PS integration into MM, FICO, SD, and external tools.
- **Functional Experience**:
Background in working within project-based organizations will be a strong advantage.
- **Analytical & Communication Skills**:
Strong problem-solving capabilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Training & Documentation**:
Ability to train users effectively and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- **Certification (preferred)**:
SAP PS certification is a plus.
