**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive
**Location**: Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Experience**: 3+ years in Building/Construction Materials (Blocks, Cement, Rods, etc.)
**Qualification**: Graduation in any field

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and manage sales leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure timely payment collection post-sales.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
- Present and pitch products effectively to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the building materials sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: ₹30,000/month + Incentives
- Full-time position with a competitive incentive structure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
