Job Description:
We are seeking a CAD Designer with relevant experience to join our UK-based team in creating detailed fire sprinkler layouts for residential and domestic projects. This role is suitable for a foreign worker who is willing to work with a UK company, can communicate effectively in English, and is familiar with CAD design or willing to quickly adapt.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design accurate fire sprinkler system layouts using CAD software based on drawings, blueprints, or PDF plans provided.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and UK standards.
- Review and update sprinkler layouts as projects evolve, ensuring compliance with UK fire safety standards such as BS 8458.
- Convert and work with architectural drawings (CAD/PDF formats) to create system designs.
- Document design changes and maintain clear project records.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in CAD drafting/design (AutoCAD experience preferred).
- Ability to work from PDF files or CAD drawings to create accurate layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Ability to work remotely or collaborate with UK-based teams.
- Understanding of fire safety systems or willingness to learn UK standards.

Desirable:

- Experience working with fire sprinkler systems or knowledge of fire safety design.
- Familiarity with UK fire safety standards (BS 8458, BS 9251) or willingness to be trained.
- Prior work experience with international teams or companies.
