- To put the employee first in our delivery of excellent customer service at all times
- To undertake the administration of HR processes and procedures, ensuring all administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to employees and Managers.
- Administrative & Service Center tasks include but are not limited to:

- Assists employees and managers in all stages of the employee life cycle (onboarding, job changes, retirement, etc.), and able to provide reference to various company policies and procedures regarding a variety of situations.
- Serve as a first contact to answer employee questions about company correspondence and clarify any company communications and policies
- Prepare ad hoc mail merges as required by the business
- The preparation and submission of employment references
- Managing and maintaining accurate employee records (electronic & paper based).
- Administration of the absence and leave process
- Administration of new starter materials
- Participate in HR projects as part of the Otis business calendar and ad-hoc in relation to business requirements.
- Ensuring personal completion of helpdesk tasks within KPI timescales.
