**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**FP&A Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario planning to support business decisions.
- Provide business insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Support strategic planning and investment analysis (e.g., ROI, NPV).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business goals.

**Accounting Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate general ledger and ensure timely month-end close.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and fixed assets as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA inter/MBA preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a combined role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Zoho).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of tax compliance (TDS, GST) and statutory reporting is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
