
International Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from international regions
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services effectively
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales over the phone
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
- Handle objections professionally and convert interest into sales
- Provide excellent post-sale customer support and build long-term customer relationships
- Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales aptitude with persuasive and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection
- Confidence to work in a target-driven environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and sales tools
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred is must
- **Prior experience in international B2C or B2B sales is an advantage**:
- Willingness to work night shifts
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
