**What will you own?**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for support complete procure to pay process for all requests, check on timely deliveries and follow up with vendors in case of discrepancies. You will also be responsible for follow up on payments to vendors and employees**.**

**Experience to bring with you**:

- Basic Graduation (any stream).
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of basic accounting aspects.
- Understanding of Tally Accounting.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and effective listening skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to handle projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines.
- Good time management and organizational skills.

**What will you be doing?**
- Support complete procure to pay process for all requests.
- Source suppliers through various channels like online/networking.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by your superior or management.
- Ensure any supplier selections are compliant with GST, TDS, Withholding tax, etc.
- Ensure quality service, and best available price on goods and services in an ethical manner without compromising quality.
- Flag non-compliant spend requests as per policy guidelines.
- Check on timely deliveries and follow up with vendors in case of discrepancies.
- Timely process request/ indents from stakeholders.
- Follow up on payments to vendors and employees.
- Support for Events/ Projects/Training.
- Provide MIS to all as required.
