- **Patient Reception**:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival, directing them to appropriate areas.
- Verify patient information and update records as needed.
- Check-in and check-out patients according to established procedures.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Schedule patient appointments accurately over the phone and in person.
- Manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure appointment availability.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
- Maintain patient records and medical files electronically and physically.
- Process insurance verifications and pre-authorizations
- Collect patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
- **Patient Support**:
- Provide basic information about hospital services, visiting hours, and policies.
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
- Address patient concerns and direct them to appropriate staff members when needed.
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Monitor and manage office supplies
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
