The Opportunity

Experience: 1-2 years of experience

Nature of Employment: Contract

The best part? We will teach you the rest We will teach you how to write scripts for short-form content like Reels and YouTube Shorts, and we will teach you how to convert those scripts into videos too

Dabbling into tech and innovation with a creative, detail-oriented mindset is the crux of this role and we would love to have you on board if you know your way around content about rap, hip-hop, pop music, artists in these genres, and more

Key Responsibilities:

- Writing 8-10 short-video scripts within the domain of Reddit content, purely meant for vertical content
- Converting scripts and briefs into video using prescribed video tools for editing, voice-overs, graphics, etc.
- Fact-checking and proofing the scripts with proper due diligence with the reporting manager for a quality final product
- Developing content strategies in adherence to larger goals and targets
- Ownership of views, interactions, and traffic on the channels for the specific content domain assigned
- Tracking analytics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and implementing course-correction whenever necessary

**Requirements**:

- Subject matter expertise in the domain of Reddit content, with a knack to stay updated with various subreddits and consume content across various areas and platforms for the same
- Knowledge of content management and picking topics, selecting titles, hooks, and delivering crisp news and updates via short-form video content
- 1-2 years of experience in video content (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Play.HT, ElevenLabs, etc. (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of image / video editing tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, etc. (preferred, but not mandatory)
- A hunger to produce great content from your assigned domain and the eye for detail in picking the right stories and topics
