**Job Title**: Packing Supervisor
**Department**: Packing/Shipping/Warehouse

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packing Operations**:

- Pack gemstone jewelry and handicraft products securely and in accordance with company packing standards.
- Ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage during storage or transit.
- **Team Support**:

- Assist other packing team members as needed to ensure timely completion of daily packing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any packing-related concerns.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect packed items to ensure they meet quality standards and are properly sealed.
- Report any errors or damages to the Packing Supervisor or Team Lead.
- **Inventory & Supplies**:

- Monitor packing materials and ensure an adequate supply of boxes, wraps, and other necessary supplies.
- Notify the supervisor if stock levels are low to avoid delays.
- **Adherence to Processes**:

- Follow established packing procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized packing workspace.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with team members and the packing supervisor to align schedules and meet shipping deadlines.
- Ensure smooth handover of packed goods to logistics departments for delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
