**Job Summary**:
**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: MLT / DMLT / ADMLT / B.Sc. MLT / BMLT / B.Voc in Medical Lab Technology
- **Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
- **Skills Required**: Phlebotomy, Patient Communication, Basic Lab Procedures

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect blood samples using venipuncture, skin puncture, or capillary puncture.
- Identify patients accurately and ensure proper labelling of samples.
- Maintain hygiene, follow infection control procedures, and use sterile equipment.
- Reassure and guide patients during the collection process.
- Ensure samples are stored and transported correctly (cold chain).
- Maintain accurate records and enter data where required.
- Support in simple lab testing and documentation as needed.
- Adhere to health, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
- Report malfunctions of any equipment to supervisors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
