Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Should have knowledge of GST, TDS, their due dates, returns, etc.
- Prepare invoices & monitor payment of Purchases and Sales
- Should be capable to do follow ups with internal & external parties
- Coordinate with CA for Statutory and Internal Audit
- Maintain accurate records for all daily transactions & prepare balance sheet
- Should be familiar with budget analysis & budgeting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (transaction reports, p&l, etc)
- Knowledge of financial regulations, knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 1yr as an Account Executive, or similar.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- **Well versed with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**:

- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Enthusiastic and passionate.
- Must have knowledge of advanced excel formula.
